Celebration Event!

Sunday, November 21^st

        At the end of our Venture, we expect that there will be a lot to celebrate.  We’re looking forward to hearing stories about how we’ve grown in our own faith and understanding from journeying together.  And we’re eager to hear the stories of how we delivered God’s love and made a difference in the community during the Delivery Week.  So, we’ll want to take time to celebrate and share some of those stories with each other!

        Right now, we’re still early in the planning stages so we don’t yet know if the celebration will include two worship services on the 21^st or one combined service.  And we’ll also be working out plans for food and fellowship.  If you would like to be a part of the team that loves to plan parties and extend hospitality – please let us know!  Just click here and send us an e-mail expressing your interest.  

        In the mean time, why not share a story!  Tell us how your Venture is going, what you are learning, insights and experiences etc.  And especially during the Delivery Week, be sure to let us know what you’ve done and how it was received. 

        There are two ways you can do this: you can post a note in our open General Discussion message board at this website.  Or, you can join an online conversation with others on the Venture by visiting the MSN Group we’ve created for you.  In this group, there’s a an area set aside for Sharing Stories, as well as an area for talking about the Bible Readings and Reflections that have been prepared for you.

        For now, be sure to save the date!  Sunday morning, November 21^st will be a great time – especially if you’re there too!
