As of November 13, 2007 the Building Fund had close to $35,000.  The property committee asked for use of the funds in Jan 2007 for specific special projects and the congregation approved.  In September 2007 the Property Committee requested a different plan and the Congregation approved.  Since then the Property Committee has a modified plan that is closer to the original request priorities, on be half of the Congregation, the Council has approved the new plan.

Roof Replacement Fund Drive details

A vote during the Congregational Meeting on September 16, 2007, established a fund drive to raise money for building projects.  The Property Committee has prioritized projects and has determined a Roof Replacement Fund Drive is needed.  They have bids for roof replacement ranging from $30,000-60,000.  A “Green Friendly” replacement option is being researched.  Please contact the Property Committee if you wish to review the bids.

The Property Committee and Council have established a Roof Replacement Funding Drive with a goal of $60,000 for roof repair and replacement.  The project is expected to begin late summer 2008. 

Funds received and not needed for the project will become part of the existing Building Fund.
